Mark Marfisi

Mark founded Hope Community with the dream of building a fellowship that receives the Bible at "face value", worships Jesus Christ as King and Lord over all, and to esteem people regardless of their socioeconomic, spiritual or ethnic background. With 30 years of ministry experience, Mark has written and taught curriculum for many Christian Education classes, taught New Testament theology at Bible College, and led numerous domestic and international mission trips. He and his wife Janet, married 27 years, grew up in the DFW area. They have raised three daughters: Hannah, (married to Paul), Leah and Natalie and have two grandchildren.
