Teresa Bronsky, Children's Pastor

Teresa has been called to love and encourage children to find God's love. Her background includes a BS in elementary education and special education. She has been ministering to children for 10+ years, and is an experienced, in-the-trenches mother of four with two at home. She is also an experienced short-term missionary having led four trips to the orphanage Hope sponsors in Russia. Teresa loves people, board games, and having people in her home. 

JC McCoy & Adam Youssef, Youth Leaders

While attending a Youth camp, God placed a deep passion in JC's heart to minister to the teens of this world.  He began preaching at the age of 18 with the desire to reach the lost and hurting generation that is growing up without Christ.  In the summer of 2008 he toured the west coast ministering to inner-city teens.  JC is currently attending Southwestern Assemblies of God University, working on his degree in counseling and youth ministries.  He understands the dire need to share God's love through preaching and leading praise and worship in youth services throughout the week at Hope. 

Adam is one of those young leaders that is morally upstanding, a good teacher, relates well to the students who are naturally drawn to him. He is a wholehearted follower of Christ and became so after a series of personal tragedies led him to give his life to Jesus Christ at an early age. He is attending Bible college full time in order to pursue the call on his life to be in full-time ministry. We are glad he is on our ministry team, and we know the students and the parents of our students love him too!

Terre' Workman, Director of Women's Ministries

Terre has been involved in ministry to ladies of all ages for 15 years now and we are very glad she and her husband are part of our fellowship at Hope! Terre' has a passion for showing the love of Christ by doing good works. She is a regular teacher in our Christian Education line-up, and she is a talented poetry writer. She and her husband Jim love to travel, and take long walks with their two dogs. They have a daughter Deanna, who is 18.

Mike Bronsky, Pastor

Mike has been in ministry for over eight years. At the very heart of Mike's passion for our Savior and His church is a desire to release people from the burden of religion and introduce them to living in the friendly affections of our Heavenly Father's love. He and Teresa have four great children, two who are adults and two more at home. One of Mike's favorite quotes is, "If you really want to learn how to share Jesus' life together, it would be easier to think of Church less as a meetings you attend and more as a family you love."

Ryan & Heidi Flemons, Head Worship Leaders

Ryan and Heidi have passionately served together in worship ministry leadership for more than 12 years. Their deepest desire is for the worship ministry at Hope to be genuine. They have served on an international worship ministry team where Ryan was Assistant Director. Ryan and Heidi have been married for nine years and have two dogs: Lhasa Apsos, Emmie and Romie.
